HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHOE SIZE?

  • Measure your foot with a ruler and a measuring tape. See the "Measuring Tips" below to make sure that you measure your feet correctly.

  • Check your size from the size tables above. Our sizes are standard in EU sizing system.

  • Custom Sized Orders: If your exact size does not exist on the table you can either choose the closest size (select the greater, not the smaller size) or you can place a custom sized order for shoes that will be made exactly for your feet's measurements. On the product page, just select "Custom Size" in the size box and enter your measurements (foot length and metatarsal girth) to the Custom Sizing box as described in our size guide. Please note, custom sizing can only be applied according to the length and metatarsal girth of the feet; the width of the base cannot be altered. However, with the modification on the metatarsal girth the general width of the front band is adjusted. If you prefer wider bases, you can consider our Pro Comfort line, where we use our Pro Comfort base only. Custom sizing takes much more time and effort than usual, so there is a little supplement to the price for custom sizing.

  • Example: If you are a woman with foot length 24 cm and metatarsa girth 21.5 cm, you can choose size 37. If there is a large difference between your measurements and the table, then custom sizing is the best option. For example; If you are a woman with foot length 25 cm, and metatarsa girth 23.5 cm, that means our standard size 38 EU with a length of 25 cm will be too small for you at the metatarsa and you should consider placing a custom sized order.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET?

  • Please take a paper and stand on it. While standing with your weight on the foot you are measuring, use a pencil to draw around your feet. Make sure the pen is perpendicular to the paper, this is important. Also, make sure that the pen you are using has a thin body. This way, you can measure the length of your feet (from your toes to your heel- as a straight line, like in the picture attached)

  • As a backup measurement (only for women's shoes), please also check the insole length a shoe that you comfortable wear from heel to toe by again using a tape measure. For this, you should press the tape measure against the insole and there should be no gap between the tape measure and the sole. It should start on the edge of the heel and end at the furthest point of toes.

  • Next, you need to check your metatarsal circumference. Use a measuring tape for this one, not extremely tight, not too loose, as tight as you'd want the front strap of your shoes to hold your feet. Wrap it around your metatarsa, as shown in the other photo and measure it. Again, you should be standing on your foot with your weight on it while measuring. If you have a bunion (bone sticking out, usually under the big toe) please take two measurements, one including the bunion, and one not including it.

  • Please take photos of all your measurements and make sure to share them with us.

  • Both length and metatarsal girth should be measured for left and right feet.
