Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Movimiento Shoes, eligible requests will be handled through an exchange rather than a refund.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

• The shoes you received are different from the shoes you ordered.

• The shoes arrived damaged.

• You need to exchange the shoes for a different size.

Please contact us before returning any product. We must review and approve the exchange request before the shoes are shipped back.

Conditions for a Size Exchange

To be eligible for a size exchange:

• The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The product must be unused, unworn and undamaged.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

The following products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

• Custom-designed shoes

• Custom-sized shoes

• Shoes made in half sizes

• Products manufactured according to a customer’s individual measurements or specifications

• Clearance-sale items

• Used, worn, altered or damaged products

• Products returned without their original packaging

Customs duties, import taxes, carrier charges or other costs applied in the destination country are not considered valid reasons for a return, exchange or refund.

Price Differences Between Products

If the replacement product has a different price, the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable price difference.

The price paid for the original product at the time of purchase will be compared with the current price of the replacement product at the time the exchange is requested.

Shipping Costs

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

This also applies to products purchased during a free-shipping campaign. In such cases, the original shipping cost will be calculated according to the standard postal-service shipping fee and deducted or charged where applicable.

The buyer is responsible for:

• The cost of returning the product to Movimiento Shoes

• The cost of sending the replacement product to the buyer

• Any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or carrier fees arising from the return or replacement shipment

• Any loss, damage or reduction in the product’s value during return transportation

Shipping costs related to a return or exchange are non-refundable.

Duties and Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes and transportation-related charges applied in the destination country are non-refundable.

The buyer is also responsible for any duties, taxes or clearance expenses that may arise when the returned product enters Türkiye or when the replacement product is shipped.

Please contact us before arranging the return so that we can provide the appropriate shipping instructions and help reduce the risk of unnecessary customs expenses or clearance difficulties.

Inspection and Approval

Receiving a returned product does not automatically mean that an exchange or refund has been approved.

All returned products will be inspected after arrival. Movimiento Shoes reserves the right to decline a request if the product:

• Has been used, worn, damaged or altered

• Is not returned in its original condition and packaging

• Does not meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy

• Is a custom-made, custom-sized or clearance-sale product

Any exchange or refund that has been expressly approved will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
